Yoga is described as healing of injuries and diseases, concentration
and mental discipline, stress reduction, spiritual practice.
The ancient texts of yoga are practical and surprisingly modern! They
are universal techniques-applicable to all. Anyone can benefit from
this discipline. There are various approaches to yoga. One personality
type might approach yoga through study and knowledge of the ancient
texts, another might choose the avenue of devotion, or of service,
or through mastery of the body. Most important is the desire to grow,
to enhance one's life-to see clearly, and at every moment to act unregrettably.
Because we at Elite Martial Arts feel so strongly that our Yoga and
Pilate’s program will make you feel better inside and out, we
do not charge any fees, we accept donations only.
Flow Yoga (Hatha and Asana Yoga)
Our Flow Yoga class is for beginners to intermediate students and
allows each individual to work at his or her own pace. Focus is on
breath and movement followed by meditation. The result is often a
person who becomes in great physical shape while nurturing their emotional
state.
Classes: Monday, Wednesday & Friday noon to 1:00 Tuesday and Thursday
6:00PM-7:30PM
