Uechi-Ryu karate is a martial art which originates from Okinawa, Japan
and is named after the great master Kanbun Uechi.
The system has its roots in a Chinese style called "PangaiNoon"
which translates to mean "half hard and half soft".
It is close-in fighting system that utilizes the 3 main principles
of karate training: technique , speed and strength.

style of karate called Uechi-Ryu. He holds a rank of Yondan (4th degree
black belt) and is a member of the International Uechi-Ryu Karate Federation
(IUKF).
